A Last-Minute Easter Dress: Dropped Waists, Ukrainian Florals, and Little Hands Helping

This year's Easter gown came together in a whirlwind of late-night patterning, Ukrainian-inspired florals, and a little one at my side. Made from a custom-printed silk/wool and lined in silk charmeuse, the dropped-waist silhouette was a last-minute decision—and a new favorite. From sketch to stitch (with a few machine hiccups along the way), the dress became a reflection of tradition, family, and the beauty of handmade craftsmanship.

Matching Flower Girl and Junior Bridesmaid Dresses

Wedding photos by the incredible wedding photographer, Ben Finch.   The only thing I enjoy more than making beautiful dresses is seeing them worn, and witness the joy they clearly bring to so many! I am thrilled to share some photos of flower girls and junior bridesmaids in custom made Anagrassia dresses. It was a pleasure to work with the bride, the lucky aunt to all these flower girls and page boys! In this wedding party, the smiles are extra special because they are all part of the same family.
