Custom Made & Handcrafted Garments
All custom-made and handcrafted garments are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these items, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.
Ready-to-Wear Garments
Most garments on the Anagrassia website are made to order and therefore nonrefundable. Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly stated on the individual product listing. If the item is a manufactured (mass-produced) garment with a return option, it will be specified on that product page. If you are unsure if an item's refund policy, please contact Anagrassia before placing an order.
Fabric Return Policy
All fabric sales are final. This includes wool by the yard, cottons, and linens. Once fabric has been cut and shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Leather-Covered Buttons – 7-Day Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Anagrassia leather-covered buttons, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery (as confirmed by tracking).
To initiate a return, please contact Mary Grace at marygrace@anagrassia.com. Items must be returned in original, unused condition and shipped back within 3 business days of contacting us.
Once the buttons are received and inspected, a full refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value due to items not returned in original condition.
