At the heart of a truly beautiful wedding is not just the setting or the dress, but the people—and the care put into every detail. This Palm Beach wedding at The Breakers brought together timeless elegance and personal storytelling. I had the honor of designing a collection of custom garments that included six flower girl dresses and a bespoke maid of honor gown, all crafted with the same couture-level care I give to bridal gowns.

Blush Silk Wool & Tulle Flower Girl Dresses

The flower girl dresses were made from blush silk wool bodices with sweet petal sleeves, paired with full skirts of layered tulle in white, ivory, and pale pink. The subtle ombré gave the dresses dimension and softness, while the structured bodices offered a clean, elegant finish.

Each gown was tailored to fit the child perfectly, fully lined for comfort, and finished with silk sashes and hand-stitched details. Paired with classic satin shoes and oversized hair bows, the girls looked completely at home in the grandeur of the day.

From the grand outdoor fountain to the candlelit ballroom, the girls lit up every space they entered. Watching them hold hands with the bride and spin in circles on the dance floor, it was clear they were having the time of their lives—an experience they likely won’t forget.

Custom Maid of Honor Gown: A Tailored Reinvention

The maid of honor, the bride’s best friend, wore a gown that began with the bride’s original design vision—but evolved in the most beautiful way.

We selected the same blush silk wool as the flower girl dresses to create visual harmony, but quickly realized the original silhouette required a more fluid material. Since silk wool has a natural stiffness and structure, we reworked the design through multiple mock-ups and fittings, ultimately creating a gown that honored the bride’s aesthetic while accommodating the fabric’s unique qualities.

The final gown featured:

  • A built-in inner corset, providing support and allowing the outer layer to remain softly structured without creasing.

  • A clean, strapless neckline with a slight architectural flare at the hem.

  • Thoughtful tailoring that allowed for elegance, movement, and comfort throughout the evening—from toasts to dancing.

The result? A cohesive, refined look that flowed seamlessly from flower girls to the maid of honor, tied together through thoughtful fabric selection and expert construction.

Couture-Level Craftsmanship for the Entire Bridal Party

All garments were designed and sewn in the Anagrassia Atelier, using heirloom sewing techniques, hand-finishing, and couture-level structure. My goal in every piece is to balance beauty with craftsmanship—and to honor the importance of the day with clothing that will be remembered.

This wedding was a dream to design for, and I’m so grateful to the bride and her family for trusting me with their vision.

Mary Grace lined the back of the skirt with a heavyweight 4-ply silk to help hold the pleats in place. While silk wool has a naturally soft and structured drape, it needed additional weight to ensure the back of the skirt moved well and maintained its shape.
