Shipping policy

We ship to all US territories, countries in European Union, and Great Britain. Contact Mary Grace if you would like something shipped to a country not listed here.

Order Confirmation

After you complete the online checkout process through the Shopify shopping platform, you will receive an email confirming your order. Most items are custom made and started after an order is placed. Turn around time is roughly 1-3 months. If the product is listed "Ready to Ship" it will be shipped out within 4 business days.

Order Tracking

When the product is finished, Mary Grace will contact you for your final approval. Mary Grace and Shopify will send shipping information and tracking number when the package is ready to ship. In most cases, Mary Grace sends photos and videos of the finished products.

Orders will be shipped to the address given at checkout. Be sure that the information is correct when filling out the shipping fields. Customer will be in charge of paying extra shipping costs if the address is wrong and the item is sent back to Anagrassia.

International Orders

Shipping takes 1-4 weeks, depending on the shipping service you purchase. Some countries impost taxes and fees on goods upon their arrival. Anagrassia is not responsible for these fees.
