Join us for a fun sewing workshop, snacks, treats, and mimosas!
This 4.5hr class is open for women.
The project for this workshop is a little girls' cotton print dress for Easter. This class is for beginners and anyone who would like to sew. Students will learn how to sew pin tucks, collars, buttonholes, and gathered skirts on a domestic sewing machine.
(This is a great time to test the Singer Elite Sewing machines and sergers, which are for sale in the Anagrassia Atelier.)
A more simplified dress design will be available for students who aren't ready to sew pin tucks and collars. Please tell Mary Grace you want the easiest dress design available.
You will end the class with new skills, a new dress & new friends.
Classes are 10am-2:30pm Saturdays
March 11 10-2:30pm
(If dress isn't finished during March 11th workshop, students may come to March 25th 10am-1pm Sip 'n Sew to finish the Easter dress.)
May 6th 10-2:30pm
Fabric is provided.
Due to time constraints, pieces may be cut for students ahead of the class.
Please send your fabric choice and desired dress size to Mary Grace. Dress sizes can be 2T, 3T, 4T, 5T or 6T.
Machines and supplies are provided. You are more than welcome to bring your own machine. It's always easier for students to sew using their own machine.
